Garr.

'Third of men live with parents' is a vaguely interesting trend which no-one can really do anything about.

'In England, 31% of families are living in housing without adequate heating or facilities' is worrying and important, and some-thing we should probably be shouting at the government to fix.

So why is the former the headline and the latter a toss away sentence at the end?
