Two things -
1) Diane Abbott is putting forward an Early Day Motion on abortion rights in Northern Ireland, so e-mail your MP asking to support it (From Abortion Rights, Sheffield Fems and The F-Word)
2) Oxfordshire PCT has been refusing to fund surgery for trans people (and generally being rubbish over trans issues.) Petition to protest here, via Bird of Paradox.
